All small orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24.

Large orders are shipped via DPD or TNT Tracked.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct as we will not be responsible for incorrect deliveries due to missing information.

If an error is made or you would like to add extra information regarding your delivery details, please email us at contact@partystock.co.uk along with your order number and the information you would like to add or change.

International Deliveries

All international deliveries follow the same guidelines as UK Deliveries in regards to delivery details and the service use according the size of the order. All small deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service and larger orders will be sent via TNT Express service.

All European orders over £150 come with Free Delivery.

Orders below £150 have a Standard Delivery Charge of £7.99.

International Delivery Times

Small orders outside the UK shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class service may take 3 – 7 working days depending on the region that it is being sent to. We will be happy to provide more accurate shipping times to your destination by contacting contact@partystock.co.uk before or after your order is placed.

Large orders outside the UK shipped via TNT Express may take 1 – 4 days depending on the region that it is being sent to. Please contact us if accurate shipping times are required. All DHL Express deliveries will be accompanied with a Tracking number which will be provided once the item has been despatched.

International deliveries will be charged according to the destination and the weight of the order.

Party Stock LTD will no be held responsible for any local import and customs duties charges for goods delivered outside the UK.


How can I receive an item on a specific date? To receive an item on a specific date, select a Nominated Day or Nominated AM Delivery. Do not forget to manually select the date when checking out.

Can I return any product? How can I return a product? You can return any product besides helium canisters, pre-filled helium balloons and unsealed catering products. To return a product e-mail us at contact@partystock.co.uk . We will send you a pre-paid envelope and refund you after we receive the returned item.

How can you fix my order that came with items missing? Please contact us at contact@partystock.co.uk and we can replace your items the next working day.
